Planning to cover a full section of drug effects built into boii_items so i can reuse them throughout my new updates for the drugs scripts 
Will be adding in stuff like tollerances, dependancies etc also, just got a list of jobs as big as my arm right now to get through

Has not yet been officially released its far from finished however you can grab through the boii framework github if you want, its currently only setup to use boii stuff though, boii_statuses etc.
So would need some edits to be usable for other frameworks.
