i don’t known how to open ui 
By default it will be caps-lock
The UI is not working at all, I’ve changed the keybind and all and it still doesn’t want to work. No way to forcefully open it via command due to how you have it setup right now either so I’m kinda SOL.
The default keybind should be capslock if you are downloading the release and not the source code.
If that is not working then make sure that you are set as an Admin in your server.cfg
I’m set as Admin and I’ve tried Caps lock and setting it to a different key but still nothing opened unfortunately. Testing on a Qbox Build with bare minimum resources as well so not entirely sure what could be the issue.
Okay in that case then i will need to have a look over the current Build and see if there is anything that i have done that would be preventing this. At the time when i released Version 1.6 it was working fine on QBX But I did not test it on v2.0 release as there was nothing Major that should have impacted this.
I will send a follow up reply once i have had the time to test this and to assure that i can get it working And or make the necessary Changes on the Repo and push Version 3.0 with our new movement system done by @BadassFalcon

Can you add that only admins can open it and decide if I want to open it by command or key?

I second this.
I for some reason can not spawn the peds. I can open the menu and select everything, but once I hit “enter” to place the ped, I can not see it nor do I think it’s being placed.
