that is normal. It is used for inheritance blending. If you go to the male ped you will find the femal heads there for the same reason. Hope this helps.

Hi! I believe that the folder was moved from one dlc to some patchday folder, You need to look and find this file on OpenIV >> mp_eye_colour. Search in OpenIV in all files and you will find were this file went after the update.
