VORP Ranch - Advanced Animal Husbandry & Management for RedM
A comprehensive ranching system for RedM built on the VORP Core framework. This resource allows players to purchase ranches, manage ledgers, hire employees, raise animals, collect products, craft goods, trade livestock, and sell their ranch to other players or the government.

Ranch Ownership & Economy

Ranch Purchase System: Public ranches can be bought by players for a configurable price (Default: $100,000 cash). The buyer instantly becomes the Ranch Boss (Grade 4).

Sell Ranch to Player: Bosses can transfer ranch ownership to a nearby player for the full purchase price. The buyer pays cash directly to the seller. All employees, animals, and objects are wiped — the new owner starts fresh.

Sell Ranch to Government: Bosses can sell back to the government for 50% of the purchase price (e.g. $100,000 ranch → $50,000 refund). Everything is wiped — employees fired, animals deleted, storage cleared.

Ledger & Tax System:

Ranches require a weekly tax of $1,500 cash deducted automatically from the ranch ledger funds.

Bosses/Managers can deposit cash into the ledger to pre-pay taxes (e.g. $3,000 deposited = “2 Weeks Tax Paid”).

Repossession: If the ledger has less than $1,500 on tax day, the ranch is repossessed (owner cleared, employees removed, animals deleted, and player jobs reset to
unemployed).
