I assume he was on the server and dumped it or just found one somewhere and rewrote the serverside.

For your kind information its a edit for qb-radio. Just changed the image and button and edited few lines of qb radio .

Thats more advanced one .and this is one is simple just image and ui change

Looking at the code its just qb-radio with updated UI. and technically nopixel copied because this radio is based off a baofeng radio.
