Hello!
I present you with a Dynasty 8 MLO which replaces the Cockatoos nightclub. (Re-Release since tebex was being difficult)
This MLO features 3 separate floors each with its own purpose.
Garage - The garage is pretty bare bones with nothing too interesting, But there is a functional garage door so you can drive vehicles into the building for safe storage! (The lower interior door does not function)
1st Floor - The first floor contains the main sales area for potential clients to browse the listing (These come with a template so are fully customizable!) and meet with some of the staff. There are two desks and a lovely sitting area. Into the second room there is 4 desks where clients can complete some more paperwork and go over any details with the agent.
2nd Floor - The second floor houses 4 rooms. There is a colleague break room, Storage room, Office and communal work space. Each of these rooms are well decorated and can serve a multitude of purposes.
The exterior of the building has lovely white lights which come on as it falls tp night which gives the building a modern and sleek look. This MLO is like nothing I have seen before with Dynasty 8 as it gives a modern and collected look to any potential clients!
Its situated perfectly in the city to allow easy access to both the hills and the lower city. (It sits just opposite Los Santos Customs)
