[v1.0] Fortress Paulo MAP

Fort Paulo is an enclosed fort within the eastern side of the GTAV map, specifically at the Madrazo Ranch plant. The fort is enclosed by a 12 foot gate, leaving only two entrances (front & side gates).
Additionally, the fort has defensive security positions such as watch towers and sandbags for reasonable defense. Fort Paulo provides sleeping facilities, munitions/supplies storage areas, and general access roads for vehicles. This makes it a generally hard to spot but livable base.
