I have tested and fixed the problem. Just update all files from GitHub.

Weird… it only did the one at chumash for me. There is no way i installed it incorrectly.
Well, that would be nearly impossible, as if I change the shell itself, then it will apply to all locations that the shell is in — unless somehow you have a conflict, which I highly doubt.
