I would say yes, because the most stuff is via the Client an not the Server, which means only your PC is going to be used.
It is possible not to get the job unless you register in the job center and take the job, and experience is added to the player upon completion of the job.
Do you mean with that, that you need an specific job to do it?
I would like the player to first go to the Job Center and take a job called Truck Driver and then log in. How do I connect it to…xp
You would only have to add something, that checks if the player has the job not more

You have to trigger an server event if the player presses e on the trigger, which looks, if the player has the job or not. You do not have to connect it to the xp, because this is an seperate sql
