This is a pretty simple resource that allows you to change the emitter radio stations around the map. For example, you can change what radio station is playing at the vanilla unicorn or the gun range in Los Santos.
Download the fivem_radioworld resource here .
Put the fivem_radioworld folder into your FiveM server’s fivem_radioworld directory.
Add ensure fivem_radioworld to your server.cfg file.
You can customize the radio stations for different emitters by editing the config.lua file.

Nice, was using an interior for multicharacter and wanted to change the radio to something else then saw this.

if we put "(radio = " ") " , make any sound or no? I wanted to get the music out of vanilla
Would be so nice if it had option to use real radio stations, once a time cars could play custom radio stations

Can you use audios from outside of gta or just inside?
Yes you can! It requires a lot more than what this resource offers unfortunately. You can stream custom .AWC files from your server and it would play them through the emitters.
