Steam/CD/Social Club? (bought by G2A > Social Club?)
Windows version? Windows 10 Family
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No (where is it?)

What did you do to get this issue? during the installation of Five M then during the link on settings tab.
What server did you get this issue on? (This is not on a server)

If an issue with starting:

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No anti-virus
