What server did you get this issue on? Every server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to clear my cach folder, turn down my gta settings, Reinstalled my fivem multiple times. Watched alot of youtube vids trying to fix it.

Note: around a year ago i used to play fivem on around 40-50 fps. and now i am playing on 15. i cant even sit in the passenger seat because i lag out of the car. If you need anymore informatie plz tell me il post it as soon as i can.
