Additional comments

I’m not sure what else to try, i have spent months trying to figure this out and nothing has worked
I have nearly rebuilt my whole PC to try and fix this, i have followed numerous videos and forums and tried their guides and tips to resolve the issue but there is nothing that helps

doesn’t matter if I’m standing still or driving quick, ill drop from 100+ FPS down to 20-40 and hit lagg spikes, my partner is in the room next to me and constantly runs 100+ without any drops in frames

Happy to provide any more information or try anything people have to suggest it would appreciated

Try enabling vsync or some sort of frame limiter to stay below 100 frames.

I do have the exact same issue in GTA V itself (and FiveM). As soon as I hit 120+ frames, my game starts lagging, a lot of micro lags at times although the FPS counter from the Steam overlay still shows stable 140-150 fps.

With Vsync on I have 60 fps and no lag at all. Nothing.

Yeah I have tried limiting my FPS to 60-80-100
I have also tried V-Sync and it makes FiveM run really bad and still doesn’t fix the stuttering/lagg issue
