What are you trying to do? Play the game

**Error screenshot (if any):**None

**What did you do to get this issue?**I Dont know, it just started happening randomly one day

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! It happens on my local test server and also happens on public servers i have played on. as far as i know its all servers

## Additional comments There are no bottlenecks im pretty sure. ram usually has 1gb extra even with yt open. CPU and GPU Temps never go higher than 65°C.

UPDATE: turns out this also happens on GTA online now and it seems my HDD is maxing out which is causing the fps drops. Is this something I can fix or is my only option an SSD
