Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? None Installed – Fresh computer GTA and FiveM are the only things installed currently

Also add what you already tried so far. Tried to open it twice, verified I can connect to a server in FiveM online mode. GTA also launches fine with no issues.

fresh install of windows still comes with Windows Defender which is a virus scanner, make sure its off but this also looks like some sort of a direct 3d error message so make sure your videocard drivers are up to date and that windows 10 is on 1803

I did update to 1803 and verified that defender was off (forgot about that crap). Now I am getting this error.

Remove ‘ReShade’ from your game/FiveM directories.
