When you click on ‘Releases’ and then refresh page (F5) you will see a completeley different page.

Looks the same to me? just the resources thumbnails change?
Normally it doesn’t change until new resource is posted.
In other words the problem is that you try to visit latest releases page but results are shown as topic’s with recent posts.
Hasn’t this being happening for a while, the orginal sorting is latest topic first but for some reason Discourse uses latest post first when you load the page in an existing tab.
