FORGE Roleplay is a economy based community driven role-play server. Our goal is to build a project which engages our community with a combination of scripted & non-scripted role-play to help create the narratives for all our players. Whilst we find inspiration from other projects, we strive to keep our integrity and brand ourselves as unique in most aspects of the project. We have a well established design & directing team who implement their work ethic and direction into the project as well as providing transparency and results to the community.
After a few months of development and dealing with bumps in the road we have now come to the point where we need to expand our development team in order to release the final product. We are mainly looking for a Jr. Lead Developer to become a part of our community and set the direction of where project is going in terms of development. This requires a certain skill set where coding is important, but management and the ability to work towards certain goals and deadlines is also valued by you. The goal with this position is to make you product owner. This means that you will be in charge of the development of e.g the phone system, cad & LEO, inventory. Communication will be key in terms of making sure that all products are compatible and working together as intended.
We also looking for developers that are still learning but want to be a part of a hardworking community.
As a side note. We reserve rights to all final code of the project. This means that we will never claim ownership of any of our developers work but once our developers work is implemented in the project, we reserve the rights to use it. This is to encourage our developers writing from scratch and be able to either share it for free or paid on the cfx forums. We encourage all our developers too share their work on the cfx forums for the community to use.
