120 euro ? Why is there no code access for that price

Hey, how are you? i understand that the price might be off putting to some people. But we believe that this is a fair price point for the work we have done. It is 100 euros the 20 are additional fees on your end. There is a fair amount of opensource code in the script, everything framework related is opensourced. If you are interested in purchasing it but cannot afford it open a discord ticket and explain your situation, we will be more than happy to help if possible.

Must be regional pricing. It’s 100eur for me. Still pricey to me looking at comparable paid housing scripts.

I have to admit it looks sick but 120 euro is a bit high compared to others out there, i would pay like 120 euro for code access and 80 for locked but not 120 for locked.

Does it support ox inventory? If so do we have to edit anything to make it work?
Does it work with cd garage? So so do we have to edit any code?
What is the remon of the script?

Is the creating the houses locked to a role so real estate can creator them and do they get a cut of the sale?

I think 100-120$ is a fair price. It takes a lot of work to code dynamic systems like making custom entrances, custom spawn location for shells and more features which he offers.

Great work!

Hey! how are you? anything framework related is opensource. We can help you integrate your scripts into it if you are interested  the script idle is 0.00 and on use 0.01-0.02 max. Who can create houses is also opensource so you can modify that part aswell

Thank you

A large majority of people will not pay $120 for an escrowed script, regardless of how nice it looks. Escrowed scripts are a major headache, especially something as in depth as this. When something doesn’t work or we need to adjust something, we are at the mercy of the developer – which often times ends up with super delayed responses, empty promises or no action whatsoever.

Shame because I would have purchased it otherwise.

I understand, exactly why everything a person would want to edit is opensourced  If you want a specific part opensourced you can open a ticket and we would gladly find a solution. @seawolph

I totally respect that, but to be honest, ‘what everyone would want to edit’ is not entirely accurate. It’s what you THINK people would like to edit, but it totally varies on the person and the depth they are willing to go to.

Not trying to be a thorn in your side, just trying to give you some perspective – $120 for escrow is a crazy price.

I have one of their other scripts, wanted access to an event for a trigger and within about 2hrs I had a new version to download with access to exactly what I wanted after a conversation talking about exactly what I needed. I have to say compared to a lot of developers the response and quality of service from these guys is outstanding.

I speak as someone plenty experienced & frequently burned by ‘good developers’ who turn out to be trash.

Yeah, i understand. As stated previously we can discuss what a person would want to edit on a case to case basis. And to you it might be a “crazy price” to another person it might not be. We put a fair price point based on the effort and time the script required. Moreover, we have discussed this price with our customers and we have already received over 5 preorders / purchases till this current date.

Ok will bring this to my team and see what they think.

Who can create houses is it role based or licence based?

Not sure if you answered this part as i did not see it in the reply , but does real estate get a cut of the sale as that would be a great add on for our real estate to make money selling housings.

I take it it is easy to add any new shells there is a read me on it or?

That’s all fine and dandy. It’s not a crazy price to me at all in terms of not being willing to spend that much money, I spend probably $100-200 on FiveM development a day over the last month and a half, have probably spent over $15K in development since I started back in 2021. It is a crazy price in general, especially if you compare it to what is already on the market.

Adding shells is very simple. We have all the commands needed to do so. Permission to who creates a property is opensource. A person getting a cut from the sale isn’t in the code but we will happily add it when you open a ticket and let us know what exactly is needed! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yeah i get that. I wouldn’t say this script targets everyone. This is probably the only script that we make that is at that pricepoint. As it has long term plans and a lot of features and upcoming features.

We use another housing script which is substantially cheaper, has loads of features and is a mainstream script but trying to get support from them is an absolute nightmare and a completely pointless exercise. Ours is still working fine but I dread the day I have any issues because I can see already in their Discord that the support is appalling. It took me 5 days just to get the script working properly because we couldn’t get any answers from them.

This is the exact same fear and experience that I have with purchasing escrowed scripts for even a third of the price of this one. Not trying to beat a dead horse on his thread either.

We 100% understand that, which is why we tend to do things differently. We opensource as much of the script as possible, provide 24/7 support, & build our scripts based of constructive community feedback and suggestions. This does affect our pricing a bit, but we prefer to put a higher price point and provide continuous active support and updates than not to provide those services or provide them in an inefficient manner.
