[FIXED] Failure Downloading resource.rpf & CURL error code 7 [FIXED]

I’ve been having troubles with joining a specific server, I seem to get https://gyazo.com/4b306cc942798485db05fade70dcd13f
After checking the CitizenFX log file, my conclusion is that the game can’t read the resource.rpf files.
I’m able to join other servers, but this one in specific is giving me troubles.

NOTE - This is the first time I’m attempting to join this specific server, so any changes to my PC recently shouldn’t have affected me joining this server.

GTA V version? Latest Steam
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, multiple times.

What did you do to get this issue?
Getting this on a specific server, every other server seems to work fine, even vanilla servers without any scripts. The server I’m getting the issue on a NON vanilla server.

Also add what you already tried so far.

  • Disabling antivirus
  • Turned off firewall
  • Turned off Windows Defender
  • Fresh reinstall of GTA 5
  • Fresh resintall of FiveM
  • Cleared both FiveM caches.
  • Updating graphic card drivers
