You probably have a graphics mod, they fuck with lighting, remove that
This is occurring because you have a graphics/texture mod that is increasing your lighting, ie: Brighter Lights, RadienceV and other graphics mods. I’m not sure if this is caused by your reshade but I’m almost positive it is.
Thanks but is there a way to just remove this shitty brightness ang not the all reshade pls ?
Do you use any other modifications that improve/mess with your lighting?
This is common on a number of mods meant for brightening emergency lights. They also brighten interior lights as a side effect.
Search your GTAV installation for the default visualsettings.dat file and and check out the section called Emissive Bits for something that looks like this:
If you make your own, it overrides it. It goes in your AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\citizen\common\data folder
