I’ve noticed issues with ASI Files not loading due to unsupported FiveM Versions, so I decided to solve your problems in an accessible way!
Yes, I understand other people have done this, but this is updated. Credits go to all the other helpers who have converted this too.

Outlined Steps Below!
How-to

Create a
fx_asi_build.rc
file on your desktop. -
Then, open the file in ‘Notepad’ (or other preferred text editors)

Paste the following in your
fx_asi_build.rc
file:
→FX_ASI_BUILD 2944 dummy.txt

Further, create a
dummy.txt
file on your desktop -
Open
fx_asi_build.rc
in Visual Studio (NOT VISUAL STUDIO CODE) -
Then, ‘Save As’ 32-Bit Resource File on your desktop.

Open Resource Hacker and Open the
NoEditorRestrictions.asi
file. -
Click Action → Add Resource File (.res) → Click your
fx_asi_build.res
file that was created wen you saved through VS -
your version (In this case it is 2944), then click ‘Import’.

A new folder should appear on the left labelled as the version (2944).

Click Save, then vola!
