FiveReborn keeps crashing while I am playing. I can not identify what is causing this as it is inconsistent when it happens. As in I could be doing anything at the time ingame and it will crash. An error comes up everytime it does: Failed Initialization. Please reboot and restart the game. Try reinstalling the game if this persists.(The top of the box says: ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT.) I have reinstalled my game a few times already and it hasn’t helped. Maybe there is a fixable cause for this and maybe its my fault but I would appreciate the help. Does it happen on playing regular GTA V Multiplayer?

Sorry totally forgot this was here. But this did not work and no it does not happen with regular GTA V multiplayer. Let me know what ya’ll need as far as files and screenshots and stuff. Some of it can be found in another recent post of mine.
