FiveM's official license system for paid scripts

Good morning, I was told that an official system to protect paid scripts is being developed.

Script leaking and script resellling are becoming more and more frequent and I’m sure this problem concerns all developers, because even if most websites have DMCA takedowns requests, it’s hard to find all leakers.

I was also told that it was gonna be released very soon, but I would like to know if there is an ETA, as by the end of the month or by the end of the year.

I know that gabz has a test version, so far it works pretty good.
Normally gabz would sell his maps threw his own site, but changed to tebex when the protection came.

So my prediction is that if you sell scripts/maps on tebex they are protected. It’s just a small update on what you said already.

Currently using Tebex doesn’t protect your content, unfortunately

Indeed, it’s going to be released soon. :slight_smile:
As some of you mentioned, a limited set of creators are currently helping us ironing out any issues.

We’re aiming for early November if everything goes smoothly. We will make an announcement with all the details about it as soon as everything is ready for production use.
