**What did you do to get this issue?**instaled fivem started it up it worked had no char and my buddy went off so went to play normal sp vanilla after 2 hours i wanted to start FiveM and i saterted up i saw the menu and boom error

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

i tryd reinstal fiveM 5 time re download 3 times removed all caches i putted the normal gta vanilla to al lowest settings sinds its useing the game files i thought.
also i tryd a lowspec FiveM mod varation that was posted on the forum a really long while back and also did nothing i also disabled firewall/security program (anti virus)
