FiveM won't start, I'm getting an error

I don’t know exact specifications but GTA V always runs smoothly on high details, i own game PC

What did you do to get this issue?

Tried to open downloaded .exe from this website for the first time

What server did you get this issue on?

I haven’t even opened the .exe

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Only Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
It’s turned off through console
Also add what you already tried so far.

I only tried to run the exe file I downloaded from website. But it keeps dropping me this error. I checked game version, tried it several times but nothing.
Any ideas?

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. In the address bar type %localappdata%\FiveM and press Enter
  3. If this exists and you now see FiveM Application Data, enter that
  4. Open up the file CitizenFX.ini it will have a variable called IVPATH
  5. Change that line to IVPATH=path to your gta
  6. Save (Ctrl+S) and exit
  7. Start FiveM
