Fivem won't start, fivem crash during updating fivem files

What is the issue you’re having?

If i try start fivem its going to updating screen and then download about 20MB and crash without crash report

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Reinstall fivem and gta v

Windows version

Windows 11

System specifications

Ryzen 5 5600
GeForce rtx 3060ti 8gb
DDR4 16GB

Antivirus software
