Since the latest update, I can’t start the game. It was working perfectly fine earlier today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

idem same error since update !!!

Reinstal GTA5 and fiveM and same error !

Windows 7 for me !

I am seeing this everywhere… I have had the exact same problem after updating just a few minutes ago. Its got to have something to do with the new update and lets just hope FiveM have a solution and quick. Also yeh it seems to only be Win 7 people seeing this problem.

I highly suggest that anyone with Windows 7 updates to Windows 10.

You should still be able to FOR FREE https://www.zdnet.com/article/heres-how-you-can-still-get-a-free-windows-10-upgrade/

It does not only reduce the amount of crashes/errors you get with FiveM, but also other software. You’ll be able to enjoy optimizations to games and applications that are only possible on Windows 10.

Moreover, Microsoft will not update Windows 7 anymore at the end of 2019.

This doesn’t mean that this error isn’t fixable, it would just make your whole PC experience much better. The “I don’t trust Windows 10” argument doesn’t hold up either.

Same here.

completely agree with you! :+1:

I’m just completely content with Windows 7, I tested both versions in closed development and I’ve just always preferred Windows 7.

Im on windows 7 pro. im so glad im not the only one having this problem aswell and im not updating to windows 10 just to play FiveM. Hope a fix comes out very soon as love playing FiveM

is there no other way you can fix this problem without updating your pc to windows 10?

Last time I updated to 10, it lagged my PC. Exactly why I am not doing it.

It was just a suggestion. The post said it was fixable.

Not at the moment. Be patient please.

is this new update to do with windows 10 side or just for FiveM

the problem is none of the developers have access to a windows 7 machine to debug this, so if you want this to be fixed then you’ll have to be patient, unless you wanna send a free windows 7 desktop their way.
