Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
tried to disble it, not uninstalled it yet.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstall fivem 2 times, diable ant-virus, delete fivem in %appdata% cleard prefetch and temp files. started gta before starting fivem (after resintall)
still same problem… can’t solvei it.

Unfortunately FiveM is very unstable with AMD Mobile Graphics. This is due to AMD drivers and not in control of the FiveM collective, unfortunately.

I suspect this is the issue and unfortunately there is no fix.
