Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? I have no antivirus or firewall, all were disabled
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yeah, i disable it before i downloaded fivem

You have third-party files from ENB in your GTAV install and you’re missing DLCs, verify your GTAV game files first and try loading into GTA:O at least once before continuing to try to use FiveM
