FiveM wont open after downloading and there isnt a file but i have the FiveM.exe icon in my downloads folder

Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having? I Downloaded FiveM from the official website. After downloading i try to open the FiveM.exe file. I get the hour glass next to my pointer and then nothing. It keeps crashing before it can even install FiveM(launcher) itself

**What are you trying to do? Play Fivem servers for RP

**What have you tried already to fix the issue? Ive tried disabling antivirus and firewall and going to redownload and open it. Same issues occurs
