I tried to enter the server but could not, I opened ticket in the discord server and even then could not help me, I tried other servers and the same happened happened, I do not know what to do

This error message does say its not a Message from FiveM.

Contact the server owner.

Looks like this server requires a whitelist. Is this the same error you’re getting on other servers?

Also, some servers running frameworks like vRPEX require Steam so maybe try joining something basic like a freeroam server to find out whether that’s causing this.
