Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

So I keep trying to tab out of the game to use things like Sonoran’s app so i can adjust cad, and when i do that the full game window closes on my second monitor. Is it possible to change any settings so that it wont close down and will stay open when i tab out? I know this is a thing that is possible with games like ETS2, but im unsure if it is an option with GTA and FiveM.
