FiveM will not install at all, what to do

GTA V version? Fresh install, the newest
Up to date? Yes, the newest
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Win 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, and even the entire folder, and tried to reinstall

System specifications CPU : Intel i5-7500 3,4Ghz GPU : Nvidia GTX 1070
What did you do to get this issue? i have no clue, nothing i suppose
What server did you get this issue on? N/A
CitizenFX.log file N/A
.dmp files/report IDs Sorry nothing to dump

If an issue with starting:
GTA V folder screenshot The game works, no need
GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks screenshot The game works, no need
Filepath to FiveM folder It wont even create a folder
FiveM client folder screenshot
Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? BitDefender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes it’s disabled

Also add what you already tried so far.

Tried to reboot the PC, i’ve tried installing from the Desktop in Administrator, i even reinstalled the game itself
tried too move the file to game folder, even redownloaded the EXE file, nothing.

The only thing i can give you is that the loading symbol from windows comes up after i have clicked on the EXE, then nothing…

Any of you guys have the slightest idea of this unknown problem ?

Had a look at the errors and a few googles later, i found a solution, Updating windows 10, i also did a windows repair, so i dont know what fixed the issue but it is resolved.
