i dont know it was working great saturday, i tried to get on sunday morning and been having this issue every since.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

So what is the issue - are you getting any error messages? If so, post them here.

Initial heartbeat failed. Restart your game, or try again later.
Detailed info: HTTP 411 Make sure your System Clock is Synchronized and Up-to-Date.

Huh. HTTP 411 has nothing to do with the time aspect, it’s a really niche error that you shouldn’t be seeing here. Overall be sure to restart your PC and router (all of them if you have several) and if 411 keeps coming up, you’ll need to contact your ISP support staff for further help.

As to the other part, be sure to force sync your PC’s clock or set it manually. A few seconds of inaccuracy is okay with this, BTW.
