FiveM Voice/PTT Buttons linked issue

What is the issue you’re having?

GTA V version? 1.0.3411.0
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing. Worked one day and the next it didn’t.

Issue: One day everything with my voice chat is working just fine. I have my mouse 4 set to PTT and Left-ALT set to voice over radio. I went to log in the next day and no one can hear me whether its on the radio or in close proximity.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

First I tried resetting my keybinds to default.

I double checked my windows system for input/output of sounds/microphone. I ensured that FiveM, GTA 5, Steam, etc are setup to use the default communication device and the default communication device is my HyperX headset.

I tried voice chat in another game (Helldiver 2) and it worked no issue as well as my voice can be heard just fine in Discord.

Discord does not share a PTT or any other keybind with FiveM/Gta5 as I have it on open mic.

I uninstalled FiveM and GTA5 and did a cache clear as well as deleted the character bin file.

Re-installed FiveM and GTA5 - problem still persists.

Additional comments

With a fresh install of all programs this issue persists however I have recently noticed one thing strange that appears to have changed. My talk over radio button, in the keybinds, is currently blank and my PTT is set to CAPS. When I hold down CAPS to talk to someone right beside my character to test the voice it activates the radio and my voice can be heard over the radio.
I hope you may have a solution as this could spell the end of my RP career.
