FiveM voice chat not working on any server, mic works everywhere else

What is the issue you’re having?

i can hear people on every fivem server but cant talk in every server.My microphone worked everywhere ( discord - other game . )

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Windows default device set, exclusive mode off, desktop app permission on, FiveM cache cleared, gta5.settings deleted, new Windows user account, reinstalled FiveM and GTA V, different USB ports, multiple sample rates (16-bit 44100Hz / 48000Hz), push-to-talk key rebound.
No IAudioClient or Mumble errors in F8 console.

What server did you get this issue on?
