What is the issue you’re having? The game works well, I have no problems with fps, the only problem I have is that the video card has a 100% consumption and the processor has low consumption.

What are you trying to do? I haven’t tried anything at the moment, I’m up to date.

That’s not a problem but perfectly normal on high-core-count CPUs, as GTA V only uses 6 cores at most to match consoles, and mostly won’t use the cores fully (especially if your graphics settings are high enough to max out GPU at 70 FPS).

Hello, i solved the problem and I’ll tell you how, so from directX 11 I put directX 10 and the consumption of the video card has decreased considerably to 50%. Thank you for the answer anyway, have a good day / evening!
