FiveM uses 100% of my CPU

The menu in FiveM is freezing/lagging its like i have 1fps and when i try to write in chat on server its the same.But i have good fps in game.
Last Version of GTA V
Last Version of FiveM
Legit version
Social Club
Windows 10 Pro
I uninstalled the antivirus.
caches.xml got deleted

Amd FX(4300) 4 core 3.50ghz
Amd Radeon RX 470 4gb
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
16 gb ram HyperX

Updated FiveM to latest version before the update i had no problem but now i have.
I tried everything, update everything uninstall/reinstall everything.
It’s happening on every server.
Please help.

GTA 5 is primarily CPU dependent, and with extra resources being taken up by online and everything, your CPU isn’t very strong. To be honest, I’m not surprised. The FX series of processors are generally shit. But, you could try reinstalling FiveM and see if it helps.

AMD processors do not use optimization superterflux for bullshit programs so the fault comes back to GTA which uses the processor to make physic
AMD processors are just CPUs, intels are hybrids of architectural mix

I have good fps in GTA Online and i had good fps in FiveM too until yesterday so

try turning on Vsync, GTA V probably hogs your CPU
