**What server did you get this issue on?**Its not a server issue i just cant open fivem CitizenFX.log fileuninstalled fivem and tried reinstalling and did not work so its not installed right now i cant provide the file .dmp files/report IDsI dont know what this is

Also add what you already tried so far. I tried enabling VPN
So my problem is when i launch fivem.exe it says downloading update 0.87mb after it finishes the windows closes and the same window opens up again and it again says updating 0.87mb and it goes on and on like this but when i enable vpn it says checking …(different file names) after thats done it suddenly crashes.(i uninstalled fivem and now in trying to reinstall when i open fivem without vpn it again says 0.87 mb thing but when i enable vpn it requires to download a 1gb cache but the vpn slows my internet down to 1mbps so that takes forever and im stuck help.Thank you

if u are on steam then delete rockstar folder in program file X84 and program file and delete rockstart folder in my document folder then restart steam and go to game library and verify game cache and if u can play offline gta then close it and try again your fivem , but make sure to clear cache.xml and log file before play fivem . hope it work
Im not on steam what then? Also i did not try but i do not think that this will work because since it worked with vpn it should be based on an internet problem not a file-pc problem
Use a VPN (like tunnelbear) -> connect to USA or wathever country you want -> launch fivem -> when you are in the main menu, close the vpn and don’t open it again except if the problem comes back.
