I sold my steam account xD only game I play is fivem gta so I purchased gta for socialclub I deleted %appdata%/local/fivem folder deleted the game from my steam folder signed out of steam even used cc cleaner to clean the registry to hopefully clean all issues I would have I deleted the startup icons im just lost… when I launch fivem installer it doesn’t ask where is gta it just starts updating cache right away I let it install completely and does the same error. I made a second windows user to see if that would work and it didn’t. If anyone can direct me to the right files to delete id apricate it. so it can connect to the right social club and gta folder.

Goto %localappdata%\FiveM then search for a file called citizenfx.ini or citizenfx (with gear icon), open it with notepad and look for the path then change it your new path
I deleted that folder but what ima try doing is installing again switching the location inside citizenfx launching the application if that doesnt work ima delete everything but citizen fx and reinstalling with the new location if that does or doesnt work ill report back here.
