FiveM stuck push to talk / Voice shuffle issues

Up to date: I believe so. No prompts for updates on STEAM
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Steam
Windows version: Windows 10 pro 19043.1288

What is the issue you’re having?
Push to talk gets scuffed (can’t shuffle proximity after clicking Alt - tab or any kind of interaction outside of game. Radio would get activated (always green). Cycle proximity keybind would stop shuffling after that as well. Issue doesn’t happen if i never Alt-tab outside of FiveM or click on Windows key.

What are you trying to do?

Trying to not have voice issues when Alt-tabbing outside of fiveM

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Cleared cache, reinstalled game and fiveM, disabled Steam overlay and Discord overlay & notifications

No changes identified to cause the issue

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
Pineapple RP (no one else on server facing the same issue.

Additional comments

I saw couple posts here regarding stuck PTT with discord overlay. That doesn’t seem to be my issue or the fix. Other users did comment there saying that discord overlay is not their issue either. Can you please help us with this! It might be more than just discord overlay.
