Hi!

You might want to actually uninstall Norton as it is known for being enabled when it is disabled.

Hey. Just uninstalled Norton, disabled Windows Defender & restarted. Sadly still no luck… thanks for the reply though!

fastest way to fix this make a new user (in windows) and install it on that and play in your main user
that means everything is vanilla and it should work

is this still an ongoing problem?

Solved. What BillFreeman recommended actually worked. But then I tried to logon to a server and it wouldn’t load. So I went searching some more and found out the reason both of these things were happening was because I didn’t launch GTA5 Multiplayer before running FiveM. So because I had “checked file integrity” the first time, it deleted a bunch of files and re downloaded them whole & some files didn’t exist because I never completed a “First start”. So if this happens to you, Make sure you run GTA5 MP(if you reinstall or check file integrity)before you launch FiveM.

Solved this by turning off Bitdefender while starting the game then the windows firewall ask you to allow FiveM just click yes and it should work, you can btw turn on Bitdefender after this
