Hi there,
I’m having a persistent issue where FiveM gets stuck on “Validating Rockstar Account”. The Rockstar Games Launcher opens, but nothing else happens. I’ve used FiveM for a long time without problems, and this started recently with no clear trigger.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
teps I’ve already taken:
Fresh reinstall of GTA V and FiveM
Deleted FiveM cache
Deleted Rockstar folders from AppData and ProgramData
System: Windows 11
Game version: Epic Games
GTA V launches correctly from Epic and Rockstar
FiveM version: latest (fresh install)
No error messages – it just hangs after Rockstar login
Antivirus software
Windows Defender

Have you checked your firewall/antivirus? im alsohaving issues with mine and have been messing with a ton of settings. I initially turned protected folders on in my ransomware setting and it wouldnt authenticate for me either, until i turned it back off and it authenticated as it should. Id also make sure there isnt a rockstar launcher hanging in te background waiting for you to put in a UN and PW.
I checked this right now, and it didn’t worked for me. Did it helped for you, did you have the same problem as I? Do you have some more ideas how to fix this?
