What server did you get this issue on? I got that first time on my localhost, and it doesnt work ony any server. My FiveM stuck on loading screen.
I have tried reinstalling FiveM like 3-4 times, verifying GTA on steam and redownloading also.
The issue started on friday when I have suddenly couldnt connect to my own localhost, after trying on other 10-15 server the issue still persist, so I understood the problem on my client side.
Please dont say that I have to activate my windows cause of the watermark I have, I been playing like this for almost 2 years…
Any help would be appreciated cause I really have no idea what to do.

I got fixed this issue right now, a few minutes before formatting my PC to try fixing this problem.
I think you should really add this to any FAQ or other places cause i’m sure this can fix other players problems.
I deleted 2 folders - %localappdata%\Rockstar Games %appdata%\CitizenFX
Seems like deleting GTA and FiveM ain’t deleting those folders and something got corrupted there.
