What did you do to get this issue?
I reinstalled GTA V , deleted my mods , deleted and reinstalled FiveM and i started getting this error
What server did you get this issue on?
No server , it’s a start-up crash

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Windows Defender is blocked in the firewall and disabled as a program
Also add what you already tried so far : Reinstalled both GTA V and FiveM, verified steam files 6 times , deleted my addons folder ( NVR graphics mod ) and my plugin folder ( lambda and simple trainer )
