try removing your mods and verifying your game files.

same error with me single player but mine multiplayer is not work im on windows 7 64 bit

Could you please provide the client log?

Also trying to remove the /mods folder from the GTA 5 installation, since it’s know that mods like ENB cause these recursive errors.
