FiveM Singleplayer will not even open

GTA V version? Latest, I’m not sure how to check this, but up to date
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
Error screenshot (if any) To be clear, this is the best picture I can get to describe my error, because that is as far as it gets and then it closes immediately.

What did you do to get this issue? Try and launch FiveM Singleplayer
What server did you get this issue on? None

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restarting PC, Reinstalling FiveM/GTAV, Compatibility mode for W7 and W8
I have shortcuts for “FiveM” and “FiveM Singleplayer” on my desktop, but when going to “file location” FiveM Singleplayer is still marked as a shortcut and when trying to further go to “file location” it just takes me back to the same folder

Also tried to make sure that all GTAV, FiveM, and Rockstar Launcher were on the same storage but that didn’t help either.

Try using FiveM storymode, open regular FiveM and click the “story” tab
