Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? I use kaspersky antivirus and windows firewall
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have already tried verifying game files several times, lowering Gta V graphics as low as possible, clearing temp, clearing cache, reinstalling FiveM several times.
