What do you think it is… It’s FiveM but Singleplayer… ffs.
Whats the point of it though?
To start FiveM in single player mode. I don’t know why they decided to make a shortcut (maybe people couldn’t figure it out on their own). It’s safe to delete, all it does is start fivem.exe with the “-sp” command argument (think that’s which one it uses)

Just start FiveM and pick the Singleplayer option in the “main menu” that you see after FiveM starts
