I am making a Test Server so I can just test some simple scripts and addons, but I get a Fatal Error message when trying to run the server 
I have a License key that is in the Server.cfg but its not recognising it, anybody know how to fix it??
how do you open your server ?
if u do it wrong it is possible to get that error ,
open ur server folder , copy the link.
open start menu , type cmd ,
type in cmd : cd ctrl+v(your folder link) , press enter
then : run.cmd +exec server.cfg
That is how I do it, and I still get that error
So I type that line of code in my Cmd prompt, but, when I start my run.cmd (that’s what I start the server off… I think lol) then it gives me that error
hmm oke weird man … is ur Server folder inside a other folder perhaps ?
put your server folder on your desktop , and launch it
That’s where it is, its in its own folder aswell
okeoke idk then sorry , had the same error , but thats because i typed to fast in cmd with an mistake ;p ,
ask it on FiveM discord support channel .
Follow what it says in the error
. Put the sv_liscensekey (key)
So Ive made some progress with that error, when I now try to join my server on local host/F8 Console I get this error “Failed handshake to server ‘server IP’ - Failed to connect to ‘IP’ port 30110: Connection refused - CURL error code 7 (Couldn’t connect to server).”
Anybody know how to fix this?
I think it’s a 5m issue. I can’t connect to any of my 3 servers or any of my favorite servers

No, I’m not connecting locally. However, I was wrong from what I heard. It’s a steam issue that people can’t connect to servers at the moment. Your issue is that your server can’t send a heartbeat to fivem via port 10110. Probably a firewall thing on your end.
